- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a package that was supposed to come yesterday so I tried calling. The line stayed busy so I went down there. They said they would look into it for me and would call me back. Hours passed so I called back, different worker was there and had no idea what I was talking about. I was on hold forever and the lady never bothered to return. I honestly believe she kept me on there so she wouldn't have to deal with me. Still have no idea where my package is.By Kourtney Starr Walker, November 05, 2016
